FIVE2 Provisions is a founder-led direct-to-consumer apparel brand built around modern Christian apparel with a clean, bold, West Coast-influenced point of view.
I lead the full product and brand experience, from positioning and product design to Shopify e-commerce UX, content systems, SEO, merchandising, fulfillment workflows, and growth strategy. The work combines product thinking, brand systems, e-commerce operations, and AI-assisted workflows in a real-world business environment where design decisions connect directly to traffic, conversion, average order value, customer trust, and long-term brand growth.
Challenge & Approach
The challenge with FIVE2 is building a faith-based apparel brand that feels modern, wearable, and differentiated in a crowded ecommerce category. The work has to balance meaning, visual clarity, product quality, conversion, fulfillment realities, and repeatable systems for content and growth.
My approach treats the brand as both a design system and a business system. I work across product concepts, collection structure, visual direction, product-page UX, SEO, content planning, email/social strategy, vendor coordination, and operational workflows.
AI-assisted workflows are part of the operating model, helping with content structure, SEO planning, product setup, campaign development, and workflow consistency. The goal is not to automate judgment, but to move faster while keeping the brand voice, customer experience, and business priorities aligned.
FIVE2 demonstrates hands-on founder/operator experience: building a brand, designing products, managing e-commerce systems, improving content workflows, and making product decisions tied to traffic, conversion, AOV, lifetime value, and operational efficiency.
