Overview

My Merck work combined senior art direction, digital design, user experience thinking, and brand communication within a healthcare/pharmaceutical context.

The work included digital campaign and website-related initiatives where clarity, trust, consistency, and regulatory sensitivity mattered. I also participated in user labs for website and functionality testing, connecting design decisions to real user feedback rather than relying only on visual direction.

Challenge & Approach

Healthcare and pharmaceutical digital experiences require a careful balance of clarity, credibility, compliance, and user understanding. The challenge was to communicate complex or sensitive information in ways that felt trustworthy, usable, and aligned with brand and regulatory expectations.

My approach focused on clear visual hierarchy, brand consistency, UX-informed digital design, and practical validation through user testing where available.
